Greedo and Han
This was the seminal drawing that steered me in the direction of a comic strip. The whole “who shot first” meme pretty much begs for a joke like this.
Happy Jabba (sketch)
It started with a thought: “I wonder if I can draw Han Solo in carbonite?” Then I had to add Leia in her bikini, which looks absolutely atrocious. And then of course I needed Jabba. This is surely a contender for the Worst Drawing of Jabba of All Time.
An Unexpected Surprise
I wanted to draw Lando, which of course led to this scene. Nooch Dirk saw how happy Lando was and suggested that the joke should be “Oh my, what an unexpected surprise this is!” Get it?
